PURPOSE OF THIS SCHOLARSHIP
This award is available to full-time university students who are planning to major in aviation. Applicants must be citizens of this country or one of its regions in order to be eligible for this scholarship.
The Charlie Wells Memorial Education Fund was created to assist young people in obtaining the education necessary for an aviation career.
ELIGIBILITY
- The candidate must reside in one of the US territories or the US.
- He or she must be enrolled full-time in an aviation-related major.

VALUE
- Each year, if finances are available, scholarship(s) of various amounts will be given out.
PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS
- A properly filled-out application must be submitted.
- The application must be accompanied by two (2) recommendations. A professional source, such as a teacher, must provide one (1) of the recommendations.
- Additionally, you must attach a copy of your most recent grade transcript.
SELECTION METHOD
As soon as the award has been approved by the Directors’ Board, the beneficiary will be informed of the award via letter and telephone.
