Every student in every major is now eligible for the Rustica Scholarship Program. The winner of this twice-yearly scholarship program will get $2,500. Candidates are chosen based on how well their video, sketch, or other design turned out. Every year, the deadlines are on December 1 and July 1.
SCHOLARSHIP DESCRIPTION

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY
No matter what their major, all students are eligible for the Rustica scholarship.
HOW TO APPLY
The following must be sent to [email protected] in an email in order to be considered for the scholarship:
• School name, concentration, and anticipated graduation date
• An article, video, sketch, or any computer-generated artwork, such as an app concept, that is attached.
The item that is provided must address the following problem:
Why Rustica transports three sizable dump trailers filled with hardwood sawdust to the organic waste fields each day. What byproduct may be produced from this dust instead of having it hauled away?
To apply, send an email with your scholarship application attached to [email protected]. The maximum size for attachments is 3.5MB. An alternative submission method is a Dropbox or Google link.
For the fall semester, the scholarship application deadline is July 1 at midnight Eastern Time, and for the spring semester, it is December 1 at midnight Eastern Time.
PROCESS OF SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Following the submission deadline, the selected candidate will be announced in less than two months. The recipient will get an email from the Rustica scholarship committee.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The $2,500 scholarship will be given without conditions and is only meant for academic purposes.

All interested candidates should email [email protected] with the necessary materials. Applicants should make sure they include all pertinent information and supporting documentation. Applications containing inaccurate or missing data won’t include the program. Before the deadline, we anticipate receiving all of the applications. Candidates should be cautious when submitting all the required materials.
